This can stretch one's limits and occasionally cause some items to accidentally "slip through the cracks". At Home Team Northwest there are several qualified people at your disposal. Each team member does their part to ensure that your listing and transaction are processed timely as smoothly as possible. When your home is sold, you will have your agent and your personal transaction coordinator that will keep you informed

Transaction Coordinator

Our licensed Transaction Coordinator is responsible for completion of scheduled tasks as provided for the in the Purchase and Sale Agreement by:

• Coordinating the closing with the Client, Agent, Escrow, Title, Lender and Inspectors
• Fulfilling requests for information on the closing from interested parties
• Acting as a liaison between the Agent and the Client during closing
• Consistently communicating with you and updating you from beginning to close
• Making sure that conditions of the transaction and deadlines are met
• Set up Escrow
• Input transaction into our Transaction Point System
