Listing Coordinator Services

The Licensed Listing Coordinator completes tasks on behalf of the Listing Agent pertaining to:

• Listing input into the NWMLS & changes updated upon your request
• Create flyers and provide additional flyers when needed
• Follow up showing calls communicated to you so you can update your client
• Procuring information from the Title Company
• Marketing the home using the NWMLS and Home Team Northwest web sites
• Fulfilling requests for information from Buyers or Buyers Agents
• Regular updates and communicate with the Client by phone, e-mail and in person
• Acting as a liaison between the Listing Agent and the Seller
