If you wish to sell the property, as is, we are able to purchase it, in most cases, after satisfaction of feasibility studies. Should you wish to retain the property while processing a subdivision or other improvement, we offer consulting and management services to assist you in completing the project, etc.

Upon completion we can also locate a buyer through our extensive builder contacts.

It may happen that because of its location or other features that we are not able to purchase your property, and are also unable to interest any of our builder contacts. Because Home Team Northwest is a full service real estate office, we have the resources to list your property for sale to the general public. Our membership in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and the Commercial Brokers Association, combined with internet and other marketing practices, will help to ensure a sale at the best price and as quickly as possible.
