Listing Coordinator Services

The Listing Coordinator completes tasks on behalf of the Listing Agent pertaining to:

• Marketing the home using the NWMLS and Home Team Northwest web sites
• Procuring information from the Title Company
• Coordinating the creation of marketing materials for advertising
• Fulfilling requests for information from Buyers or Buyers Agents
• Acting as a liaison between the Listing Agent and the Seller
• Regularly update and communicate with the Client by phone, e-mail and in person.
