Doug Davey, owner of Home Team Northwest, opened his real estate business with a commitment of offering the community excellent service through effective teamwork. The Home Team vision offers a different kind of Real Estate Company; altering the traditional structure of the real estate business by utilizing a core support staff and Realtor® teams. The staff and agents led by Broker, Terri Olson, are true professionals encouraged by the company toward personal growth and leadership development. Intern and apprenticeship programs for agents offering hands-on education in field work and classroom theory while earning an income is one of the many advantages Home Team Northwest offers their agents for continued success.

Home Team consists of real estate agents who offer specialized services (i.e. buyer's specialists, listing specialists, land specialist, transaction specialists, new construction specialists, and client services, etc.) all sharing their knowledge and working interdependently toward common goals.
